Nitofill WS60 is a liquid polyurethane that reacts in contact with water forming a completely impermeable and rigid foam barrier.

It is supplied in two components, resin and accelerator, the latter added on site increases the reaction rate of the product.

Nitofill WS60 is injected into concrete cracks, clogging high-flow waterways as leaks in screen walls.

Colocación

Si la corriente de agua lo permite, limpiar la superficie de todo tipo de grasas, aceites y otros contaminantes.

Nitofill WS60 se puede aplicar mediante bomba de inyección. Para ello se colocarán inyectores en las perforaciones que se realizarán alternativamente a ambos lados de la fisura y con un ángulo de 45º.

No sellar las fisuras superficiales antes de inyectar Nitofill WS60, de esta forma se puede visualizar el nivel de llenado de la fisura.

Mixture

Renderoc Plug must be added to the water in a ratio of 1 part water to 3 parts Renderoc Plug in volume. Mix in a bowl the proportions indicated, using a drill or by hand but protected with gloves, until achieving a dry consistency. Due to the fast setting, mix only the amount of Renderoc Plug sufficient to place in the specified setting time.


Resin Blend

Pour Component A into the container with the desired proportion of Component B, mix with a low speed mixer until completely homogeneous. The mixing ratio is as follows: 11 parts of resin / 1 part catalyst.


Cleaning

The tools can be cleaned with running water or with Fosroc Solvent 501.


Limitations

Renderoc Plug should not be used when the temperature is below 1 ° C.


Storage

Nitofill WS60 has a shelf life of 12 months if stored in a dry place and in its original and closed containers.

Storage temperature is 10 to 30 ° C. If stored in places with high temperature and high humidity, this time is reduced.


Precautions

Safety and hygiene

Nitofill WS60 should not be in contact with skin and eyes or be ingested. Ensure adequate ventilation and avoid inhalation of vapors. Some people are sensitive to resins, hardeners and solvents. Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves and goggles. If working in enclosed areas, respiratory protective equipment should be used. The use of creams provides additional protection to the skin. In case of contact with the skin remove immediately with a cream remover and then wash with soap and water. Do not use solvent. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical advice. If swallowed, seek medical advice immediately. Do not induce vomiting.
