Repair mortars
Since January 1, 2009, the UNE-EN 1504 Standard, which specifies the requirements for the identification, behavior and safety of the products and systems to be used for structural repair and protection, is not mandatory throughout the European Union. Structural concrete.
The fundamental objectives pursued by these regulations are:
- Harmonize existing local regulations in the EU
- Set minimum mandatory quality requirements in Europe to ensure user safety.
- Ensure free trade of products in Europe (eliminating trade and technical barriers).
REPAIR METHODS FOR PRINCIPLES RELATED TO CONCRETE DEFECTS.
Products for non-structural repairs
R1 ≥ 10 N / mm 2
Renderoc Plug (Method 3.1)
Fast setting cementitious mortar to plug water leaks. Low exothermicity that minimizes the risk of cracking. Excellent adhesion to the substrate. Monocomponent to avoid the variations produced in the mixtures made on site.
R2 ≥ 15 N / mm 2
Renderoc FC (Method 3.1, 7.1,7.2)
Cement mortar for plasters. Designed to fill gaps, imperfections and coke on the concrete surface. Application thickness below 5mm.
Renderoc FCR (Method 3.1, 7.1, 7.2)
Fast setting cementitious mortar for plasters. Setting time: 25-50 minutes.
Products for structural repairs
R3 ≥ 25 N / mm 2
Renderoc SFBD (Method 3.1, 3.3, 4.4, 7.1 and 7.2)
Low density cementitious mortar modified with polymers and fibers. For the repair of both large concrete areas and for small and localized repairs. It can be projected wet or applied to trowel.
Renderoc SFR (Method 3.1, 4.4, 7.1 and 7.2)
Fast setting cementitious mortar modified with polymers and fibers. For immediate repair of small and localized areas.
Time set: 5-15 minutes.
R4 ≥ 45 N / mm 2
Renderoc SF (Method 3.1, 4.4, 7.1 and 7.2)
Cement mortar for general repairs. Modified with polymers and fibers to provide a mortar with compensated shrinkage and excellent thermal compatibility with concrete.
Renderoc LAF (Method 3.2, 4.4, 7.1 and 7.2)
High fluid fiber modified micro concrete. Indicated for the rehabilitation of large structural sections of concrete and for small areas where access difficulties make it impossible to use mortars applied by hand or trowel. Its consistency allows it to be pumped or poured into restricted areas. Version with corrosion inhibitors: Renderoc LAF-IC.
Renderoc TS (Method 3.1, 3.3, 4.4, 7.1 and 7.2) Sulfate-resistant thixotropic cementitious mortar. Especially suitable for applications in coastal areas, seaports and environments with soils that contain sulphated or selenite waters. It can be projected or applied to trowel. Version with corrosion inhibitors: Renderoc TS-IC.
Patchroc GP (Method 3.1, 4.4, 7.1 and 7.2) Cement mortar for quick repairs on concrete floors and patches. It is passable in 1 hour. High resistance to abrasion and atmospheric agents.
