Transport and delivery

The processing time in the store is 2-5 working days, once the order is in the hands of our carrier is a matter of 2-7 working days for delivery in Spain, Andorra and Portugal is made. For other European destinations transit may take two days but not usual.

Returns

It ensures that the products supplied by FOSROC no manufacturing defects and once applied, will feel fit for use FOSROC specified for a period of 10 years from acquisition, provided that the following conditions are met:


Warranty conditions:

Responsibility


The responsibility for FOSROC under this warranty is limited to the reasonable costs of materials (including replacement products) and labor (excluding transport costs) incurred during the rectification work, and excludes, in particular, direct or consequential loss, including loss of time, materials and disbursement or utilization, profit, production, profits, anticipated savings or customers, but not limited to such losses.
